Deliryo sa El Nino (2016)

Deliryo sa El Nino is an adaptation of Shakespeare’s MidSummer Night’s Dream translated by Mr. Vlademeir Gonzales. It was an outstanding TEATRO Lasalliana’s stage production directed by Mr. Nazer Salcedo and choreographed by Mr. Urie Clamor. Other people behind the success of the play were Ms. Jennifer Taguinod-Salamah, the Music Director, Mr. Joseph Matheu, Lights Designer and Mr. Arnel Paguyo, the Stage Designer. 
The production was held at Severino De Las Alas Hall of the Alumni Building of De La Salle University – Dasmariñas on November 21-25, 2016.

Shakespeare Classic with a twist | The Philippine Star

Set in the neon-lit fast-paced world of show business, Juliet is the rising star of Capulet Studios, Inc., while Romeo is the leading male artist of Montague Studios, Inc., its rival. The tragic story is subjected to the trappings of music videos, klieg lights and paparazzi to provide today’s audience with an alternate way of appreciating the classic.

Dulaang Filipino presents Shakespeare’s tragedy in musical form | The Benildean

A timeless love story was retold once again as Dulaang Filipino (DF), De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde’s resident theater group, staged Rolando S. Tinio’s adaptation of William Shakespeare’s Romeo and Juliet. Showcasing the retelling of the tragedy with a modern melodious twist, the portrayal of the universal tale of forbidden love entitled “Romeo ‘n Juliet: A Musical” was witnessed at the School of Design and Arts Theater last February 16-19.
